Coconut Shrimp Curry

Hosting our first book club meeting meant baking fresh loaves on top of already existing loaves. Now we have quite a bit of bread to go around!

All this bread needs to be dipped in something. The go-to for a night of low effort cooking is throwing leftover yummies (half a jar of salsa and some shrimp, in this case) into coconut milk with the standard aromatics.

Not pictured: a salad that sent me down the gorgonzola wikipedia rabbit hole. You should look up the protected designation of origin (PDO) for all sorts of cheeses if you’re into that sort of thing!
