Hot & Sour Soup

Dear friends, I have never had hot & sour soup due to the egg content. I decided it was well past time to amend this (plus there is a cold lingering in the household that we want to expunge). Shrimps is eggs if you want them to be.

It was one of those incredible days where I ask Adam to pick up x from the store, then realized far too late that I also wanted y and z. Only to get home and see he had gotten those too. Magic??

Hot & sour soup is tasty, but I still don’t know how to slurp spicy dishes without agressively coughing every few minutes. A skill I hope to improve with time.
