Vegetable Soup..?

I don’t even remember what this soup was… I just wrote ‘Vegetable Soup’ in the spreadsheet. Looking back in my texts, I see I told Adam “Experimental din things will be ready soon!” How mysterious.

As I sit and mull, more things surface…

It was a companion to the excessively salty rice dish I made (ft. cute heart-shaped carrots). It had many shiitake mushrooms as the base. Probably whatever was left in the crisper, too? This I cannot say for certain. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
